Since 1995, we have recorded Bank of Nova Scotia's entire telephone banking system “Tele-Scotia” in English, French, Cantonese & Mandarin. The system is updated regularly.

Dynamix also records and formats recordings for Scotiabank’s voice recognition and ADSI systems, "branch re-direct," which connects callers to bank branches across Canada, and the Scotia McLeod brokerage telephone system. We also recorded telephone announcements for the bank’s Caribbean division and trained their local announcer.

We have produced radio news releases for the bank as well as its corporate partner, Visa Canada Association.
