Dynamix is the telephone voice of Halifax-based Nova Scotia Power, consisting of thousands of prompts and messages. We have recorded their entire customer service system as well as a sophisticated "Power Outage" system that informs callers anywhere in the province of the cause and location of power outages and expected restoration time.

We have also recorded NSPI's voice recognition system and on-hold music and messages.
